I was not impressed by their pizza. Ordered delivery. There was no known estimated delivery time. The crust wasn't cut all the way through during preparation so it was one whole piece that I had to cut/pull into slices myself. The crust was also soft/chewy making it difficult to bite through. The sauce was bland/slightly sweet. The pepperoni and cheese topping tasted good. Overall, not an impressive pizza, especially for a nation-wide chain.

Very disappointing and disgusting experience. Yesterday, I ordered a Chicken Kebab, chips, a bottle of water, and a Fanta. The chips looked awful, soaked in oil, and the chicken looked old and far from fresh. We could barely eat any of it because the food looked so unappetizing.
I shared the meal with my two daughters, aged 5 and 11. After we got home, my 11-year-old daughter vomited at least five times, and all three of us developed diarrhea shortly afterwards.
I am a nurse, and I recognize the symptoms of food poisoning. Based on our symptoms and the timing, I strongly suspect that the food we ate caused a foodborne illness. This was the only meal we had all eaten together that day.
I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you are planning to buy food for your children. Not only is the food expensive, but in our case it was followed by what I strongly believe was food poisoning. Please be very careful before ordering from this place.

Ordered food for me and some friends last night. Waited 1hr 40 for delivery (1 hour later than Deliveroo stated) and after 2.5 hours the food never arrived and was marked as delivered a few hours later. Restaurant would not answer the phone. If I could give 0 stars I would.
